Once in an article, on the marital nature of assets, of a corporation owned by the husband. The assets are not marital property but the corporation may be and, if it is, the wife is entitled to a just proportion of the value of the corporation.

The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. www.iicle.com. has invited Gary to be a presenter at a seminar in Chicago on Nov. 11, 2008, on the drafting of marital settlement agreements. This is the second time he has presented at this seminar. The first time, and last time the seminar was held, was in November, 2006.
